2 (8oz.) cans Crescent Rolls
2 (8oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 cup sugar, daivided
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg, seperated
1/2 cup chopped wa;nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish.Spread out 1 pkg. rolls on bottom of dish, pinching together seams to make a smooth layer of dough.Beat cream cheese,3/4 sugar,vanilla. Add egg yolk until creamy.Spread over the dough in dish.Spread second pkg.of rolls on top, pinching seams together. Beat eggs whites until fluffly.Spread on top with brush. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sugar and nuts.Refrigerate left overs.Serves 12
