3 cups cooked chopped chicken
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 cans cream of celery soup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium grated onion

Mix well and put in a 9x13 casserole dish
Refrigerate overnight. Cover with 1-1/2 cups crushed bread stuffing tossed in melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve Hot.

I have erved this at lady luncheons.They really enjoy it.
